I have query regarding part II of schedule XIII of companies act.my question is whether limits of managerial remuneration specified in the schedule for example rs 75000 per month are applicable to one managerial person or aggregate of all of them. or we can say we can pay 75000 per month to each managerial perosn or limit is for all together.
plz advise. its urgent.

This limit is for each managerial personnel and not for all of them together. But for each managerial personnel conditions of Sch XIII should be complied with separately.
However wait for other opinions.
