Am I correct when I say that the monthly remuneration mentioned in Schedule XIII (based on effective capital of a company) is for each managerial person and not for all taken together. Pl clarify

Yes that interpretation is absulately correct.
The remunaration specified in schedule XIII is per managerial personnel and not for all of them taken together......
