07 January 2009make ur wallpaper...this is for new bebbie...
1)Open some programs that donot hide yr desktop ..
completely like winamp or vlc or bs player.
2)Make a screenshot of your desktop by pressing "Print
Screen" on your keyboard
3)Now go to Paint and Paste (Ctrl+V)
4)Save the image to PC and save it as JPEG.
Make it as wallpap

IF YOU ARE USING WINDOWS 7 YOU CAN USE MUCH MORE SOPHISTICATED PROGRAMME WHICH IS PREINSTALLED CALLED SNIPPING TOOL , THE INTERFACE IS MUCH SIMPLER AND PROVIDES USER TO CAPTURE ANY PART OF SCREEN AND HIGHLIGHT ANY OF THE AREA.
ONE MORE THING I FOUND IS A "BS PLAYER" -A VIDEO PLAYER NOT MUCH DIFFERENT THAN VLC BUT IT HAS A CAPABILITY OF CAPTURING ANY IMAGE FROM ACTIVE VIDEO ( TECHNICALLY CALLED AS A FRAME ) AND PASTING IT TO PAINT.IF U USE ANY OTHER PLAYER LIKE VLC OR WINAMP TRY PRESSING PRINT SCREEN AND PASTING IT TO PAINT . YOU WILL SEE WHOLE ACTIVE VIDEO RUNNING INSIDE PAINT.
