Luxury tax in tamil nadu ?
Hi everybody, Happy New Year !
I would like to know where I could find detailed information about the regulations and application of luxury tax in Tamil Nadu.
We are a new resort providing accomodation and need to know how to proceed. Your help will be most appreciated ! Thanks.

Dear Mr.Balamurugan,The Commercial Tax officer of your area is the proper person to contact.You have to register under sales tax act.There is no problem at in registration.You contact the CTO and finish of your work. Good Luck
