No advance notice is required to be given in case of Unaudited Results.
There is no time limit to submit the Audited Results after submitting the Unaudited Results of the Last Quarter. But the Company has to submit as soon as the Board Approved the same.
There is the flexibility of time in this case.

Can one please tell me wat are the things to be keot in mind while preparing a ANNUAL REPORT of listed Company and what other improvemnts can be done in the Annual Report
