Greetings from M Bhandari to all CA ClubIndia Members, my students and book readers. Some amendments have taken place in the recent past which are relevant for CA (Final) Nov. 2010 Exams. These amendments relate to: 1. The Prevention of Money Laundering (Amendment) Act, 2009. 2. The Competition (Amendment) Act, 2009. 3. SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 and 2010. At the very outset, I should make it clear that all such amendments have already been incorporated in the latest editions of my books (11th edition of ‘Corporate and Allied Laws - Questions and Answers’, and 8th Edition of ‘A Handbook on Corporate and Allied Laws – Tabular Form’). However, the students who have earlier editions of these books can refer to these amendments by downloading the file attached herewith. Dear sir,
I am writing to inquire about the amendments in the Study material issued by ICAI in Jan.,2011 which are applicable for May,2011 exams.
Please find attached a PDF file which highlights the changes in the new study material.
Can you please guide me about as to from where can I locate these changes (especially in FEMA and E-Governance), as soon as possible.
