25 January 2016Dear all Kindly adivse to me ,
my sorce of Income is Salary -- Per month Rs.25,000/- per @ 3,00,000/- but my company never deduct TDS from me and other staffs .
Basic - Rs.17,500/- . HRA - Rs.3,500/- . Conveyance Allowance - Rs.1600/- .
Medical Allowance- Rs. 1,250/- . Other Allowance- Rs.1,150/-
Kindly advise to me , I will be get any problem from Income Tax ?

the employee can compute their tax liability pay tax and file return by self,

Kindly advise to me sir , I paid my Liablity tax and filed the ITR after my employee delayed paid the TDS how i will be get refund from deportment . this is possible to get refund

employee has time to file the return upto july of the coming year, and the TDS return period is over in may, so how the employer can deduct? it could be deducted masimum upto march salary payable in march or april, and afterwards no deduction can be made :)
either is employee is not aware of the facts or the query is misleading.
