Dear All,

FACT-Newly incoprated section 8 company,which is registred us 12A ,ZERO Donation received

Question-As there is NO Donation only administrative expenses are there.

WHICH ITR form should be filed ITR 7 or ITR 5

and whether any AUDIT report ie 9A or 10 B also need to be filed in case of NIL Income or CORPUS
