31 January 2017I have a business whose turnover does not exceed rs. 1 crore and house property income and icome from other sources too.. It automatically takes me to itr-4 in kdk spectrum software.. And it is mentioned to fill part B of P/L and balance sheet.. I opt for 44ad..What to do?

If your business is eligible for presumptive tax assessment u/s. 44AD, and if you have single house property, better file ITR4S, directly downloaded from IT site.

I have income from other software too.. And after feeding all the details in kdk spectrum software it automatically takes me to itr 4..

You can fill details of Income from other sources in ITR 4S.
Practically, there are more probability of getting ITR 4 as defective, if not properly filed. Or better file BS and P&L acc also, in ITR4

Yes Sir I had prepared a Trading & P/L A/c And Balance Sheet of a Business and filed the respective return under ITR-4..
