in year 2017-18. bank charged us bank charges with gst in the bank statement. but not enetered in their gstr 1 .. but we availed input in 3b
now what should we do?
can we avail input or we should reverse? if we reverse,any interest to pay?

Yes ... you can avail ITC but ask for Tax Invoice for the same from Bank.
Note : Ask bank to file his GSTR 1, or reverse the GST charge by him on bank charges
