18 March 2021I am buying an industrial land for my factory in GIDC Gujarat. for which i will have to pay transfer fees + gst.
can i take ITC of that GST.
Gst charged for transfer of land, or in case of any modification of land, plan approval. can i take that ITC.

No. you can not claim. ITC is not available on works contract services when supplied for construction of an immovable property except plant and machinery.

Yes, i cannot claim ITC on work contract on construction.
But GST charged by Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) on transfer of land.
means GST on Land purchase charges.
Can i claim that GST?
