We are in a Trading Business, in this we have Generated an Invoice mentioning e-way bill (Bill from Dispatch From format) in this we have not mentioned the full address of Suppliers where the material is going to dispatch, only Place and Pin Code number.
In this the vehicle is cot by the tax officer and fine us(02 time of tax amount )for not mentioning the full dispatch address.
now for claiming that amount we have to go through appeal 4 in the portal.
Please đ đ anybody help us in this process to get us the refund of the paid amount.
