Pls can you clarify, if the taxable supplies made to defence labs under GOI notification no 45/2017 at a concessional rate of Tax @ 5. we have received a certificate from the lab to bill @ 5. Whereas we are purchasing the said products at @ 18. Now my question is, whether I am eligible for full amount of ITC
