Hi...Just noticed that the online IT return e-filing for NRI - Marine Engineers for the current year requires a SSN of the country of residency for the last fin year. Do not understand what needs to be filled here as there how can an Indian citizen who is on ship have a SSN or for that matter a different country of residency???
