From my personal experience, I would say Institute's material and practice manual are the best books available. I followed this order Chap 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 and then 1,2 and 3.
If you do chap 4 to 10 around 50-60 marks would be covered.
Its good if you can go through the book 4 times. I personally could do it 3 times.
