Is there any university ?

I am having a query regarding the graduation from an open university providing distance learning programme.

One of my friend is having done 3 year diploma in Mechanical Engineering but he wants now to join CA.

So, I want to know that is there any university which can give exemption from appearing first year b.com exam on the basis of 3 year diploma done after 10th (i.e. can he get direct admission in s.y. b.com after 3 year diploma ) ?

THAT WAY DIPLOMA HOLDER CAN GET EXEMTION FOR BE EXAM AND AFTER BE HE CAN DO CA ARTICLES WITH PERMISSION FROM INSTITUTE UNDER EXEMPTION, EVEN OTHERWISE HE CAN ON THE BASIS OF DIPLOMA HE CAN GET EXEMPTION OF 12STD AND HE NEED NOT NECESSARILY BE A COMMERCE STUDENT, AFTER ALL, BE/BA/BSC DOING MBA DO NOT HAVE NECESSARY BACKGROUND IN COMMERCE AND YET THEY CAN DO MBA (FINANCE) IN ANY UNIVERSITY, SO YOU NEED TO SEND YR SGGESTIONS TO INSTITUTE THAT WILL CONSIDER, AFTER AL THERE IS NO HARD AND FAST RULES AFTER ALL EVERY LAW OR RULE AMENABLE FOR SENSIBLE ARGUMENTS OF APPLICANTS.
