i hv got registered for ca ipcc on jan 2010. it will expire in jan 2014. i am going to give my grp-2 exmz in may 2014. so what is the procedure for re-registration n what will d fees for getting re-registered........

You may apply for Re-validation of your registration by paying a small amount of Rs. 400. You may use the form provided in the attachment.
You may fill up the form and Post it to the nearest ICAI bhawan, or deliver it by hand.

Sir, I have registered for ipcc in feb 2009. as you told me to get the attachment, i got it & i call to the institute they said that revalidation fees you have to paid next year, now you have to just fill the form & submit. Is it True? so please confirm & also mail me the list of documents to be submitted along with revalidation form.

Yes it is true.
If your registration is before 31st December 2009 , you can get Re-validated it Free of Cost by applying before 31st December 2013.
There is nothing mentioned to be attached with the form, to be on the safer side pin your old IPCC registration letter copy with the completely filled form.
And leave the fee details column blank.

Sir, as you told me i can register before 31st December, 2013. Can i register it after giving the IPCC Nov'13 exams. will it be fine? & i got exemption in Advance Accounts in May' 12. will the exemption is valid for Nov' 13 exam?

Ok. Now fill the Revalidation form and submit it at the ICAI branch. Your form will not be rejected if you also submit the Revalidation Form with it. As you have already submitted your Exam Form do the needful ASAP.
You may find the Revalidation form in my previous post in this same thread.
Authenticity-Even I am in the same situation as yours. Clarified it from ICAI.
