Most probably the first and foremost question may be the brief introduction of yourself. After that they may ask about your experience in your articleship or in previous job, if any. They generally ask a question relating to their industry so one should have a some knowledge of that industry or of an organisation specifically.
I have witnessed that many of employer wanted to see the confidence in yourself so you should be prepared for some unexpected questiones.
