Guys, meri fatti padhi hai., please suggest me what to do??

I have been selected by two listed companies, went thru their first round of interview. Now, only obligations of HR round are pending. Moreover, i have been shortlisted by BEL, psu via ICAI campus, bangalore too, i will be interviewed there on 31st march.. Ab yar, how to ask these two listed companies to wait till 31st March, becasue second round of them is in next week itelf.

Moreover, what to be prepared for bangalore interview? B'coz, i am the last option for them, as i belong to general category, i am way far from bangalore, and i cleared CA in third attempt. But its PSU, and wanna grab it in any case, please, suggest me some technical Qs that are asked or has been asked in non-metro cities in campus this year, please help me out..

One can message me, contact me on facebook or give me a misscall on my number, but please suggest me, please.., m totally confused..

And deepak, by that time, refer following and get details for them :

A. Revised Schedule VI, especially the major differences between old and new

B. IFRS, basics only would do.

C. Consolidation/Fema/Forex/Valuation from studies.

D. GST, get its details, ab toh application ka date bhi aa gaya.

E. Get major highlights of budget 2012, its like most favorable Q to be asked.

And let others too reply for the same., who got job in MAY'11 or in NOV'11 so far, by any means..

Only thing i would to say is,

If you are 100% sure that BEL will SELECT you then only you take risk of rejecting these two listed companies.....
