Dear sir, one of my client in the year 2021, May, he claimed excess itc of Rs 50,240-00, and the same reversed in the month March-2022 without interest. Because the supplier submitted their invoices in the month of March-2022.. ( Same financial year). In this issue he received a notice interest on excess claimed. Please advise in this issue....
