OPENING OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINEE AT MAX BUPA INSURANCE DELHI

Job Name :	Industrial Trainee
Job Descripttion :	Industrial Trainee -Internal Audit
Eligibility :	CA article (preferably a B.Com Graduate)
Job Location :	HO, New Delhi

Reports to :	Manager – Internal Audit
Job Purpose:	Conduct internal audit fieldwork. Conduct management discussion Prepare internal audit reports.
Key Responsibility:	Prepare risk-based audit programs. Conduct audit testing of specified area Review the internal controls. Identify reportable issues and dimension of risk. Determine compliance with policies and procedures Obtain agreed actions from the client management for all audit findings.
Measures Of Success:	Completion of audit reviews within budgeted timelines. Quality of internal audit findings Timely and accurate finalisation of internal audit reports. Feedback from supervisor and process owners.
Desired Competencies:	Proficiency on working in MS – Office (High on Excel, Word and Powerpoint). Working knowledge of audit/risk techniques & principles A good overview understanding of the business processes function & corresponding operational & financial controls designed to effectively manage the organisation’s business units and operations. Demonstrate self-discipline and good time management. Self-starter . Consistently complete work on time & within budget without compromising quality. Confident, professional, positive attitude. Willing to travel (20%) & work overtime as needed.
Qualifications, Training & Experience:	Minimum Education. CA article (preferably a B.Com Graduate). Two years of experience in Risk Advisory/ Internal Audit with reputed CA firms.
