i have filled income tax return for A.y. 2010-11 on 30.07.2011 claming an amount Rs. 90,000.00 as income tax refund u/s 89.(relief under income tax ). because the amount of TDS deducted amounting Rs. 108000.00 was received in relation to 6th pay commision increment it was taxed on the rates of A.y. year 2011-12.
but till date i have'nt received the refund or any intimation. plz tell me in how much time did the refund is processed for payment on a general basis or i should do something else.

Refunds are automatically processed within 2-3 months after filing the return. Pls approach your ITO for the same, if it still pending.
As per CPC refund will take 6 months minimum but you have submitted the return for the year last to the previous year so you may wait atleast 2-3 months. In case you want to know the status, call CPC Banglore they will tell you the exact status.
No need to visit IT office just call and get updated status. Remember to call at CPC and not Aaykar Sampark Kendra
