My monthly salary is around 22000 and yearly comes to less than 3 lacs so after deducting 87A tax liability will be nil.
So my question is that will i get refund of professional tax which i have been paying monthly rs.200??
see firstly Professional Tax is an indirect Tax nothing to do with Income Tax
and for calculating Income from Salary
from your Salary Income
u need to reduce Professional Tax
and other exemption and calculate Tax liability
