We have also applied LUT for not to charge IGST on export services.

Companies that are involved in international trade, including import and export of goods and services, are required to register with ICEGATE. This includes businesses that are involved in the export of services, such as your company which provides online education services to foreign countries.
Registration with ICEGATE is mandatory for businesses that are involved in international trade, and it is not optional. Once registered, businesses can use the ICEGATE portal to file various documents related to their import and export transactions, such as shipping bills, bill of lading, and invoices.
