PE II law was a good paper ,,, not may complex conceps were asked but more care was give a small small provision which we dont think will come in the exam .... overall a easy ... easy 60 marks paper ... from last 3 attemps more practical question are asked ... same happened today too

i think it is contract of imdemnity; as in question there is no word about some debt, giving guarantee. Imdenity because once in one prior pcc/pe2 exam; they ave asked about "how is insurance different from imdemnity"? The answer was insurance protects us from damages from 3 rd parties inclduing acts of god; but imdenity only damages from the imdenifier and the 3 rd parties.
