PAPER WAS 50-50 PRACTICAL AND SMARTLY SET BY THE INSTITUTE
NO CHOICE AT ALL ETHICS WAS BIT TUFF AND COMMUNICATION WAS DECENT

before incorporation of company all contracts r pre incorporation & after it but before commencement of business all contracts r provisional
in this case answer is pre incorporation contract
