How to remove submitted application for removal of partner on ssp portal

i have submitted application for removal of partner on ssp portal from my end but it is pending for OTP validation from my partner end, now i want to remove the application from ssp portal because there was a mistake in the application form regarding the date of removal , so what is the procedure to remove the application which i have submitted.
