How to register in CA intermediate after passing law IF already registered in Foundation

Dear friends ,

I was registered for CA Foundation 5 years back but never appeared for that because I was doing LLB it is almost about 5 years till now . Now I have Passed LLB examination and want to continue directly through CA intermediate. So please Guide me that How it is possible to jump to CA intermediate from Foundation . Or I have to take fresh admission through direct entry route.??
