How to login mahavat site for the f.y.16-17

Hi,Can we upload the new return (MVAT) for the month April 2016 as 10th june is the due date and, when I login on the MSTD site and select existing dealer I am unable to login and it prompts error.Has the new Mvat return uploading facility enabled on MSTD website ??

here my earlier credentials are not working... ???
