How to create credit note by a composition dealer

a composition deal want to generate debit note then how to calculate taxable value and calculate tax

can he take taxable value from original invoice or from other way.

No, .. the Credit Note will be issue by the supplier (in case Purchase return by Composit Dealer)

Composition dealer can issue credit note by taking the sales value without gst. As there is no gst for composition dealer on their outward supplies.

and GSTR-4 also demand rate of tax and taxable value and tax

You can take taxable value from original invoice.

means i will issue bill of supply only of taxable value and saller issue credit note of taxable value plus tax amount
