Honorarium and salary

I was employed in a PSU till Nov 2018 and subsequently offered post of Advisor. I have income under head Salary as well as Honorarium.

In addition I have carried out a transaction of selling and purchasing a flat as well during same FY.

Which ITR needs to be filled.
