Please advise me on my querry regarding TDS on Exhibition.
There is one exhibition to be held, they have provided us one stall for 2 days. They have charged Service Tax in Invoice . Now My Querry is that How much TDS I Have to dedcut and Under which Section.
Kindly advice on this querry ASAP. Assessee is regd as Company

How are you assessed as? An individual, huf, partnership firm or as a company.
Secondly if an individual or huf, are subjected to tax audit?
Also please provide the details of rent to be paid for the stall per day.
Tds provisions will be based on earlier questions.
If tds provisions are applicable, then it will be deducted u/s 194I
