Thank you Sanjay   please share these kinds of good things  in CA club so that every one come to know about the real story of our business people, as all the  members were always busy in reading professional books and and other course materials and they dont have time to read even news papers and other useful magzins  so go ahead and share these kinds of things, and i am expecting some more useful stuff like this from your side

hey, i knw i am going off the wire but there is something that i wanted to ask.....

wat happens to the money that TATA Sons is generating....it goes to charity.....right....but which are these charities????

who runs these charities? what is there extent of involvment in India.....

it would be good if any one who knows could please share...

Pretty good article presented. But I'd also quote that Mr. Gates and Mr. Buffet are equally involved in charities, which is known world over.

Thanks Sir for sharing such information about a great personality.

But is not it a tax saving excersise which business people use to apply.In the name of charity they use their fund for some other profitable purpose and save tax in due course.Poor people remains there where they used to be.

It is called CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and certain tax benifits are awrded to the corporates but nothing much......

Great... Thanks for sharing....

One more thing... TATA is having a goodwill which Ambani cannot achieve in next 7 births also...

If really wants to work with one of the best company in the world than its TATA group....

I know one incident as my friend is in a good position in TATA group where due to recession, managers proposed to cut the bonus and to cancell some yearly party.... But  ratan Tata denied saying that company will bare the loss but no compromise with the employees.... 

Thats how the student of Harvard University manages the company  and is no. 1.
