Just Re-Register your Digital Signature from the view profile coloumn .... and try again

Update the DSC on the GST portal once again and then re-file. The problem goes away and you can easily file the return.

I was getting the same error for 2 of my clients so for experimenting i clicked on create challan button ,but did not pay ..and when i again came back to the same page .."proceed to file" button was active and i filed the Return

Click on create challan then close the challan and go back to the same page you will see proceed to file button active

if Still you get this problem then you can try after update DSC in Portel.
