Gstr 3b for recovery agents

Dear SIr,

I am confused how we can file GSTR 3B and GSTR-1 for recovery agents.

Like my friend does work for Bajaj Finance Ltd as recovery agent. GST on every bill will be paid by Bajaj as per rule but how can he file his own return and GSTR 3B.
