he has given his TN state GST No and asking IGST Taxed bill
goods delivered from Bangalore to Bangalore
as it's movement here only ,can I issue iGST taxed bill instead of CGST SGST ?

In term of Section 10(1) (b) of IGST Act , POS is TN , hence IGST is applicable
