We are Pvt LTD Co. based in Delhi providing the business consultancy services to foreign clients to outside India through email or over phone call.
Shall we liable to register in gst and charge Igst on these services or we are exempt from gst registration.

You are obliged to take registration if your business turnover is above the threshold limit of Rs. twenty lakhs. Your supplies of export are treated as interstate transactions attracting IGST.
