Hi all,

Anyone having the checklist for GST Registration for Companies?

Is there any Board Resolution required for the same? If Yes, Kindly share the format for the same.

Also if the Authorised Signatory(NOT DSC) is required for the same, then format for the same too.

While obtaining GST registration for a company, a Board Resolution may have to be passed by the board of directors of the company authorizing a person to complete the registration formalities on the GST portal.
It is important to note that for obtaining GST registration for a company,a digital signature is required for authorized signatory.
