GST on Hotel Rooms

My client is running a Hotel with rooms. He has an agreement with a company to let them 6 rooms for Rs. 120000 monthly. Now, rent of each room comes to 120000÷30÷6=667. Now, as there is 0% GST on hotel rooms below Rs 1000, will this be also under 0%?
