Gst migration query

My company had received Provisional ID and Password for Migration of Service Tax No. to GST No.

But after login details we could not receive OTP. And futher procedure was not completed. 

Now are provisional ID and Password has been cancelled.

Please help me with the further procedure of how should I Migrate my Service Tax no. to GST no.?
