GST Annual return late for 19-20 and 18-19

Dear team, as per the subject department has sent the notice regarding late fee for these year
when we have filled the return for these year late fee was not asking by the portal and return was uploaded easily. filling dt for 18-19 is 17 March 21 and 19-20 is 24nov 22.pls advice any circular or any advisable suggestion for this matter.
