Dear Lavanya,
At present you are at the same stage were i was 2 years before, and after being facing the same situation i will suggest you to go for only one group ( I will suggest Ist group) because you don't have adequate time right now to go for both the groups. ( My this answer is based on assumption that you have not done with your classes).
However if you have already done with your classes then you can go for two groups. But in that case also give more weightage to one group.
Start you studies from today itself
There is popular saying - "If you failed in preparation then it means you are preparing for failure"
Best of luck for Studies and future...

Hi lavanya, i think u should go for Ist group only...
Simple reason being the two subjects are FINANCIAL REPORTING (Accounts) and STRATEGIC FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT (Financial Management)... The topics in both subjects are related to each other or atleast copping up easily... Rest two are AUDIT-LAW... Again, these subjects can be prepared in shorter time rather than going for other conceptual subjects which consume more time...
So, the time u've, i think u can prepare GROUP - I very easily... So go with it, ALL THE BEST...

Lavanya...., write both groups, then u will not have that confusion...!!!!!!!!!
Just joking... 4 months hard study is more than enough to pass both groups... I got leave for only one month (including exams) for my June exam... I passed first group... Second group lost by just 9 marks... So, with 4 months, u can do wonders...!!!! Best of luck
