Gratuity paid by the government to government employees is fully exempt from tax.
Check the category of the employer which you may have selected.
Yes I have selected Central Government Employee than also on line Portal and Off line both give error and mentioned that only Rs20lakhs allowed
One more glitch in the utility. File complaint under Grievances.
