this is an old news. MAy be from may2011 exams we can get to see answersheets.Regarding stipend increase; the proposal is in CG.

And so is the proposal to decrease articleship of pcc students.

hmm will be applicable from may 2011

it is being done as there are around 12 cases agains icai for not showing it to students

icai says being established under a separate act of parliament Right to Information is not applicable on them 

but they will surely loose these cases

so president Amarjit Chopra ji himself announced that they will show it to students from may 2011 onwards

Now nobody would file RTI against icai for showing their answer sheets
