Gmcs - 1 paid leaves or not ???

Hello Everyone,

                I am a CA final student persuing articleship in Pune. I've recently finished GMCS-1 and my employer is refusing to pay for this 15 days leaves....! ! !

So can anyone tell me whether it is paid leaves or not..???
