how to Get 143(1) Intimation to my mail by mistakly the mail was filling old auditor one he is not able to share my Intimation and I have out grievance in IT to resend intimation to my registered mail but it's showing sent to registered mail again plz help me

You should change the mail id by loggin in on income tax portal
First change your email and phone details in portal and then request them for new intimation
or you can check your download intimation by clicking on acknowledgement number in itr portal but first change in portal

First of all change registered mail id and feed another mail id to receive mails. change will enable you to access intimation download

You can login to Income Tax Portal and download it form there. Just open details of income tax return filed and get order.
