hello friennds,

I just want to know whether there is any FBT charged on Transport Facitlities provided by the employer to employees for commuting from the place of residence to office and vice-versa?

Mr.Sanjeev, relax!!!!!!!! The answer for your question is a big NO. Free or subsidized transport facilities provided to employees from their residence to office and vice versa is EXCLUDED from the purview of FBT.

Transprt facilities to the employees is exempt from d ambit of FBT.But Conveyance Facility attarcts FBT.
