Franchise and Gst liability
If some big firm has given its frenchise to some other person then what will be gst rate of this supply of service and if this frenchise is given to some unregistered person but from sale of franchised firm the big firm is earning....then throw some light on tax liability of big firm

998336. 18%. gst on agreement amount as well as on royalty. rd urd doesn't make any diff. tax on forward charge basis. registration u s 24 without threshold limit
