Forms for filling excise returns

Hi,

Please tell me the forms which should be filled relating the excise act applicable for the manufacturing concerns with due dates for the filing the returns.

Centeral Excise Tax [CET]

	Every Manfacture Register under CET
	Every sale 6 invoices have to raise
	Excise tax rate is 14%+2%+1%
	upto turnover of 2 cr pa no need of filling return

Registers to be maintained

	RG-1 Daily removel of goods
	RG-23A Details of CENVAT
	RG-23 Details excise duty collectd
	PLA Personal ledger account details of excise duty paid

	Exicse duty to be charged only on 1st movement of goods ie; From manfacture

Challans
	GR-7 Bal in ED Payable A/c after availing cenvat credit should be paid on or bef 5th
	ER1 should be filed on or before 5th of every onth
	in case of SSI units quaterly filling on 10th of month
