can someone one provide the format of gst invoice when consideration is generally received both in kind and money, for example in jewellery buisness for the sale of jewellery consideration is received both in money and old jewellery or raw gold

01. you issue full invoice for sale of jewellery
02. show purchase from same customer as URD if unregistered.

You Have to pay tax on total amount i.e consideration in cash and in kind
